United Kingdom Delivery

International Delivery

We proudly offer international shipping to a selection of destinations worldwide. Available shipping options and final delivery costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other local charges may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Every Muslim Baby order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm GMT, excluding UK bank holidays.

• Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day.

Express Delivery

For same-day processing, Express Delivery orders must be placed before 1:00pm GMT.

Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next available working day.

Delivery Information

Whilst we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, customs procedures, severe weather conditions, public holidays, or periods of exceptionally high demand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must remain intact.

• Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
